Making Meaning
&
Finding Peace

Are you feeling stuck in your grief and life challenges?

Are you ready to feel resourced, peaceful, and present to your life, regardless of your circumstances?

I am here to guide and walk alongside you on your healing journey.

What is Soul Work?

Soul Work is the purpose of life – to understand how to move through life, creating our own heaven on earth and radiating that to others. If we are walking around doing our daily tasks, without consciously making time to understand and practice the main tenets of Soul Work, we are not getting the most out of our time on Earth. Soul Work is based on universal laws and concepts that, once fully understood and applied to one's life, lead to freedom, peace, and authenticity.

The main tenets of Soul Work that I believe are the most important to develop a solid internal understanding of when encountering our daily human life challenges are:

  1. Suffering

  2. Connecting With Our Innate Wisdom

  3. Control

  4. Fear

  5. Post Traumatic Growth

  6. Listening, Leaning In, and Softening

  7. Stillness

  8. Presence

  9. Non-attachment

  10. Perspective

  11. Acceptance

  12. Consciousness Studies

  13. Lessons from Nature

  14. Processing and Integration

Who is Soul Work for?

Anyone who feels called to really know themselves. To find their truth. Not to solely survive the grief, trauma, or challenges of human life, but to grow exponentially from them. Anyone ready to do the deep work to consciously use their life experiences to awaken to their power and life's purpose.

I am here to hold space, witness, support, and guide you towards your own inner resourcing and truth. To assist you in finding the parts to soften and let go, and the parts that are waiting to be seen, through both somatic and cognitive practices. We will focus on the mind-body-soul connection with an emphasis on integrating your deep, transformative Soul Work into your day-to-day life.

If you are feeling called to walk this path of awakening and transformation, I will walk it with you.

Noah Grants Hope: 231 Days of a Mother's Transformation Post Lifequake

"Noah Grants Hope is a powerful, visceral account of a mother's grief in the wake of unimaginable loss. Written in the months following the tragic death of her teenage son, this deeply moving memoir offers readers an unfiltered glimpse into the soul of a grieving mother. Each reflection is infused with raw emotion, tenderness, and an unbreakable thread of love that stretches beyond life itself. What makes this book especially compelling is the authenticity of the author's voice. She does not try to tie her grief into neat conclusions. Instead, she invites the reader into the uncertain, aching terrain of sorrow, memory, and unanswered questions. Through her writing, we witness not only the depth of a mother's heartbreak but also the fierce love that continues to bind her to her son. It is a love that transcends time and space-a reminder that even in the darkest of places, connection remains.Noah Grants Hope is more than a memoir. It is a gift to others walking a similar path, offering insight, solidarity, and the possibility of healing. Readers who have experienced the loss of a loved one-especially a child-may find comfort in knowing they are not alone. This book does not offer easy answers, but it does offer hope. And in the landscape of grief, hope can be everything."-Rebecca Gomez, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Social Work The University of Texas at Austin

She provides clients with tools to navigate their grief in a healthy and transformative way, empowering them to honor their losses while discovering new pathways to healing, personal growth, and spiritual renewal. Dr. Ryan views grief as an opportunity for deeper self-discovery, and she supports clients in using grief to cultivate resilience and spiritual awakening.

Her teachings combine evidence-based approaches with somatic techniques and spiritual practices, offering participants practical tools for emotional well-being and personal growth. Dr. Ryan believes that teaching is a collaborative process that inspires others to embrace their healing journeys with compassion, authenticity, and inner strength.
